New Editor Wanted

Hee guys.. I want to add a new editor to 'the team'. Currently I run the site and Jumpmaster posts a lot of (big) releases but I want to grow bigger. I want to expand to fullfill the needs off the visitors. I think that people download a lot of 720p or even 1080p versions from tv shows and movies (Especially movies). My upload speed is way to slow to do those High-Def releases so that is were you come in. I'm searching for someone that uploads 720p versions of movies and tv shows and post them here on the blog. Only thing is that the upload must contain a URL file redirecting to http://willempiesblog.blogspot.com/. Your files will be downloaded x times (depends on how popular the movie is) and therefore you get points (RS, MU) and some money (RS, MU, HF).
