Plot: Through old letters, remnants of photo negatives saved from the aftermath of Singapore’s Chinese middle school riots of the 1950s, and stories from his grandfather, En is able to piece together his father’s past; a father he’s never really known. In En’s quest to discover the truth about his father’s political activist past, he also embarks on finding his own identity as a Chinese Singaporean today.
